Venue at Hometown
The Venue at Hometown is a mixed-use project, built in the “New Urban” style. Four of the seven buildings feature two floors of apartments over one-story retail, with two three-story apartment buildings at the rear of the site, facing the City’s new library building. The front building is single-story retail. The Venue is the front door into the Hometown development, a 287 acre master-planned community with single-family homes, schools, pocket parks, a chain of lakes, walking paths, townhomes and more. Residents at the Venue can walk to grocery shopping, retail, restaurants, the community college, the elementary school, employment, the NRH20 water park and many other destinations. Retailers benefit from the high traffic counts, easy access, and built-in shoppers. The project is designed as a suburban upscale community, with amenities not seen in local apartments.
